These terms cover work carried out by Ashcroft Plumbing. Please read them and edit anything that does not match how you work.
Quotes and estimates
Quotes are valid for 30 days. An estimate is a best guess based on the information available; if the job turns out to be different we will tell you before carrying out extra work.
Payment
Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Guarantee
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. Parts and materials are covered by their manufacturer warranty.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
